Council meetings are usually held on the second Thursday of the month, starting at 7.00pm.

From 9 April 2020 until 9 July, decisions were made under the emergency scheme of delegation, in response to the coronavirus pandemic and emergency measures. For information on delegated decisions, refer to the Delegated Decisions pages on this website. 

From 9 July 2020, council meetings are being held remotely, using Zoom. These meetings will be open to the press and public to attend.  To attend the Zoom-meeting, email the clerk ([email protected]) at least 24 hours before the meeting to request a Zoom-invitation to the meeting, and state the nature of the comments or question you wish to put to the council, noting that the topic you speak on should relate to an item on the agenda for that meeting.
